How did your business journey begin?
I had a quarter life crisis, and I wanted to do something similar to producing variety dance performances. I was a Dance major with a business minor in college, and coordinating a wedding is VERY much like producing a show!!! I started by interning with a wedding coordination company in Los Angeles, and after my internship, I was hired as a lead coordinator. The rest is history.
What do you value?
I value the huge commitment the couple has chosen to make to each other. This vow should not be taken lightly. I feel like its one of the biggest decisions an individual can make in their lives.
What do you want your Ideal Client to know?
I want my ideal client to know that I 100% have their best interests at heart. Whether its a budget issue to a timing concern, my advice will be given from experience and my ability to look at the big picture.
What sets you apart?
I give my clients the service that I would want if I was the bride. My job is to make my couples' vision come to life...it is their day, not mine!

That the most important thing is that they get married. Everything else is fluff.

How did your business journey begin?
I've always loved how celebrations bring people together, and even convinced my mom to let me plan my 7th birthday! Pretty quickly I learned how much I loved event planning, especially weddings! In 2012 I reached out to local coordinators in Upstate NY and started interning with an incredible mentor who I worked with for 3.5 years before becoming a coordinator full time in Lake George, NY. Once I met Kaci and Tanya at XOXO after moving to California I knew I had found the right people - everyone at XOXO loves helping people celebrate their love as much as I do and you couldn't ask for better people to work with!
What do you value?
I love the connection we get to build with couples as their coordinator - I still have a few couples that call me every year on their anniversary and it means so much!

How did your business journey begin?
I actually started being interested in planning weddings because of my own wedding! My husband and I got married up in the Santa Cruz area, and our reception was in an old somewhat abandoned airplane hanger. So we basically had to bring everything in and plan and design from scratch! I loved creating it and afterwards started helping several friends with planning, organizing and designing their own weddings. Soon after that I met Kaci, and began assisting her and now I’m proud to be part of the XOXO team!
What do you value?
There are so many things!
I suppose if I had to pick just one I would say I place value in those special touches throughout the wedding day that are really tell the couple’s story. Whether that be personal vows, a special poem or verse read at the ceremony, or even signature cocktails or food! Those little details let the couple really put their stamp on their day, and it always makes the day that much more special for them and their guests. I love the little details that you remember forever.
What do you want your Ideal Client to know?
That I can handle any situation without conflict, and I will always be there to listen and help in any way I can. My main goal is to make your day the day of your dreams. I want my clients to rest assured that I’ve got everything handled and that they have nothing to worry about so they can be present and enjoy every moment of their day.
What sets you apart?

For as long as I can remember my mother was producing events. I remember being a little kid at weddings early watching my mom put flower arrangements together. Skip forward 20 years and I was a theatre producer and working at bars doing event planning and it all just seemed to make sense when my friend started to get married and we all just did it together. I will say my biggest regret of my own wedding is not hiring a wedding planner outside of the five wedding planners that were in my wedding because you really do need one person that’s on the outside handling everything. And I want to make sure that everyone always has that person in their corner.
What do you value?
